Biography:
Dr. Musa Ajlouni is a senior public health expert and health systems strategist with extensive regional and international experience in policy development, governance, and healthcare transformation. He currently serves as a part-time consultant in health systems development for the World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO), supporting national reform initiatives, primary healthcare strengthening, and system-wide performance improvement.
With a PhD in Public Health and a distinguished leadership background as a retired Major General from the Royal Medical Services in Jordan, Dr. Ajlouni brings deep expertise in health sector governance, hospital management, quality assurance, and strategic planning. His work spans advising ministries of health, international organizations, and national institutions across the region on sustainable health policy, service delivery models, and institutional capacity building.
Dr. Ajlouni is recognized for bridging policy, academia, and executive leadership to drive resilient, equitable, and high-performing health systems.
