Healthcare executive and strategic health management analyst with over 35 years of leadership experience in hospital administration, public sector reform, and NGO leadership in Palestine.

Dr. Nammour currently serves as a Strategic Health Management Analyst (Freelance) (since March 2025), providing advisory services in healthcare management, organizational development, and health sector reform.
He most recently served as Country Director of the Welfare Association (Taawon) in Ramallah (2022–2023), where he led large-scale donor-funded initiatives and strengthened partnerships with regional and international stakeholders.
Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Augusta Victoria Hospital in Jerusalem (2015–2021), overseeing tertiary oncology and nephrology services serving Palestinian patients across the West Bank and Gaza, aligned with WHO standards.
He also contributed to national public administration and civil service reform through his role in the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Health Reform, supporting policy improvements and institutional transformation within the Palestinian health sector.
